CREATIVE FILMS

What is a creative film?

A creative film is an effective video production based on your needs, generally with the purpose to promote an idea, a product or a service. It can be a documentary, a mini doc, an institutional film, a short video, a YouTube video, a video class, or any other crazy idea you may have. By considering your purpose I would recommend the best approach for your creative promotional film.

Why should I invest in a creative promotional film?

Video marketers get 66% more qualified leads per year. Video marketers achieve a 54% increase in brand awareness. 93% of marketers say they’ve landed a new customer thanks to a social media video. *From Optinmonster.

A high-quality promotional film will give you lots of effective images for future posts and advertisements. This will therefore lead to building an even stronger brand image and increment of conversions.
Some of my clients have also said they have looked at their own business in a more positive and motivated manner after having their film.

How does a creative promotional film work?

Once you get in contact with us, I will send a short questionnaire in order to understand your needs and develop a personalised package. From the investment approval, you receive a contract, including all accorded details.

The next step is to create planning, where we define time management, people management, who is going to be part of the film, when and where the shooting will take place, if the film includes testimonials, and any key questions will be settled as well.

The shooting can happen in one day and at one place, or multiple dates and locations. The editing process takes a few weeks, then you will be able to watch it online in a private link.

Can I request changes?

You are more than welcome to request some changes; this first update is free of charge.
Any additional request on the new version will have an extra fee.

Which information do I have to provide to create an effective promotional film?

In order to create an effective promotional film, the first question you have to ask is “What is the main objective of this promotional film?” It is also essential to consider your target audience, where your film will be found and who is going to be on the frame.

If you don’t know all the details yet, we can have a chat and consider your purpose where I will be happy to recommend the best approach.

What do I get?

The files you will get depend on your purpose, your target audience and where the videos will be placed. What I recommend is to develop the main video (approx. 3min) which will be useful for websites, video channels and exhibitions; and also, a variation of this film, creating short versions for social media and advertisements.

How long does it take to shoot a promotional film?

The shooting time will depend on the project. Short promotional films created by highlights only could be filmed in 3 hours. In comparison with a more complex project, such as an institutional film, including testimonials, voice-overs, and multiple locations can take around 20 shooting hours.

Do you use a drone?

Yes, depending on the location allowance, we can provide aerial images for an additional cost.
This footage will be included in your film to create an amazing cinematic style.

How long does it take to get my promotional film?

In general, editing takes approx. 8 weeks from the shooting, but this timeframe can be negotiated depending on your needs. Your film will be available to be watched online, in a private link. Includes music licensing and professional colour grading. As soon as it is approved, you will get a download link.

How much does a promotional film cost?

There are no standard packages for promotional films as each project has its own needs. In order to create a quote, we would consider the shooting time, the location, the duration of the videos and what is going to be part of the final delivery. It usually starts from $1050, including planning or script, music licensing and colour grading. Get in touch to get a quote specific to your needs.
